Terms and Conditions

At Airhub, we are committed to providing customers with flexible, convenient, and reliable travel connectivity solutions.

Our Data Stash and Flexible Refund benefits are exclusively designed for customers who purchase eligible Unlimited Data Day Pass plans through Airhub.

These benefits provide additional connectivity after plan expiration and greater flexibility when travel plans change.

1. Data Stash – Complimentary 1GB Data Benefit

1.1 What Is Data Stash?

Data Stash is a complimentary 1GB mobile data benefit exclusively available to customers who purchase an eligible Airhub Unlimited Data Day Pass.

For every qualifying Unlimited Data Day Pass purchased, customers receive an additional 1GB of complimentary data that becomes available for activation after the original pass expires.

1.2 Eligibility

Data Stash is available only for eligible Unlimited Data Day Pass purchases.

Each eligible Unlimited Data Day Pass qualifies for one complimentary 1GB Data Stash benefit.

Customers purchasing multiple eligible passes receive one separate 1GB benefit for each qualifying pass.

Fixed-data plans, non-qualifying unlimited plans, voice and SMS plans, and other eSIM products are excluded.

1.3 How to Activate Data Stash

Sign in to your Airhub account.
Navigate to the "My eSIM" section.
Once the eligible Unlimited Data Day Pass expires, an "Activate Data Stash" button will automatically appear beside the expired plan.
Select the button to request your complimentary 1GB data.
Once the request is successfully submitted, the 1GB data allowance will be activated on your existing eSIM within approximately 10 minutes.
You may then use the complimentary data in supported coverage areas.

1.4 Data Stash Validity

Data Stash is valid for six (6) months from the successful activation date.

Customers may use the complimentary allowance until the full 1GB is consumed or the six-month period expires, whichever occurs first.

Any unused data remaining after six months will automatically expire.

Expired or fully consumed Data Stash benefits cannot be reinstated, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

1.5 eSIM Retention Requirements

Customers must retain the original Airhub eSIM profile after their Unlimited Data Day Pass expires.

Customers must not delete or uninstall their original eSIM if they wish to redeem Data Stash.

Data Stash will be added to the existing eSIM profile, without requiring a new eSIM installation.

Deletion of the original eSIM may result in loss of the Data Stash benefit.

1.6 Additional Conditions

Each eligible Unlimited Data Day Pass qualifies for one complimentary 1GB benefit.
Data Stash is non-transferable and has no monetary value.
Data usage is subject to supported destinations and network availability.
Airhub reserves the right to investigate fraudulent or unauthorized use of complimentary benefits.

2. Free Cancellation & Flexible Refund Policy

2.1 Policy Overview and Eligibility

Airhub's Free Cancellation and Flexible Refund benefits are exclusively available to customers who purchase eligible Unlimited Data Day Pass plans.

These special benefits do not apply to fixed-data plans, non-qualifying unlimited plans, voice and SMS plans, or other Airhub eSIM products.

Other products remain subject to their applicable standard refund terms and statutory consumer rights.

2.2 Free Cancellation – 100% Refund

Customers purchasing an eligible Unlimited Data Day Pass qualify for a full refund when:

The cancellation request is submitted within six (6) months of the original purchase date.
The purchased eSIM has not been installed on any device.
No mobile data has been consumed.

If all these conditions are satisfied, the customer is eligible for a 100% refund of the eligible purchase amount.

2.3 How to Request a Full Refund

Visit the Airhub website and sign in to your account.
Navigate to the "My eSIM" section.
Select the eligible Unlimited Data Day Pass.
Click "Request Refund".
Submit the cancellation request.

Airhub will automatically verify the purchase date, installation status, and usage history. Eligible requests will be approved automatically for a full refund.

2.4 Refunds for Installed but Unused eSIMs

Customers who have installed an eligible Unlimited Data Day Pass but have not consumed any mobile data may request a refund.

Such requests are subject to manual review and are not eligible for automatic full-refund approval.

Refund eligibility and the applicable amount will be determined according to the individual circumstances.

2.5 Partial Refunds for Used eSIMs

Customers who have installed and used an eligible Unlimited Data Day Pass may request a partial refund. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering:

Data consumption.
Remaining plan validity.
Activation and usage history.
Original purchase amount.
Reason for cancellation.

Refund approval and the refundable amount are determined following review. A partial refund is not guaranteed.

2.6 Refund Requests After Six Months

Automated free cancellation is available only within six months of the original purchase date.

Customers wishing to request a refund after six months must contact Airhub Customer Support. Requests received after six months will be reviewed individually.

Refund approval is not guaranteed and is subject to applicable consumer rights.

2.7 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will ordinarily be issued through the original payment method, where supported.

Processing times depend on the bank and payment provider.

Customers will receive confirmation when their refund has been initiated or processed.

2.8 Refund Restrictions and Exclusions

These special refund benefits apply only to eligible Unlimited Data Day Pass plans.
Other eSIM products are excluded from the special six-month free cancellation benefit.
Installed or used eSIMs require manual review.
Partial refunds are not guaranteed.
Data Stash has no refundable monetary value.
Any remaining data or complimentary benefit associated with a cancelled and refunded plan may be forfeited.

3. General Terms and Conditions

3.1 Product Eligibility

Both Data Stash and the special Free Cancellation and Flexible Refund benefits are exclusively available for eligible Unlimited Data Day Pass purchases made through Airhub.

3.2 Verification

Airhub may verify purchase information, eSIM installation status, activation, usage records, and plan validity when assessing benefit or refund eligibility.

3.3 Fraud Prevention

Airhub reserves the right to investigate fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive requests and decline them where appropriate.

3.4 Policy Updates

Airhub may revise these terms when necessary. Updated terms will be published through its official channels.

3.5 Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory rights or remedies under applicable consumer protection laws.
