How To Install Airhub Mobile eSIM
For iPhone running iOS 13. The actual texts or screen might be different depending on the
iOS version and the device.
For Android phones with eSIM support. Menu names may vary by manufacturer (Samsung, Google Pixel, Xiaomi, etc.).
Use a stable Wi‑Fi connection while installing your eSIM.

Tap Add Cellular Plan

Scan QR code we provide
* Internet connection required In case you have only one device and cannot scan the QR code, enter the activation code and SM-DP+ address manually. They are provided along with the QR code via email.

Tap Add Cellular Plan
Note that you cannot go back or cancel after you tap it.

Enter "Airhub Mobile" to label your new cellular plan
You can change labels later in Settings.

Tap Update on Carrier Settings Update
APN (Access Point Name), which is required for Personal Hotspot, will be configured automatically by doing this step.

Choose Primary as your Default Line

Choose Primary for iMessage, FaceTime and Apple ID
Or simply tap Continue without selecting any

Choose your default line for cellular data
Select Primary unless you want to use Airhub Mobile eSIM immediately for cellular data.
Installation Steps (Android)

Open SIM or network settings
Go to Settings → Connections → SIM manager, or Settings → Network & internet → SIMs. On some phones: Mobile network → SIM manager.

Add or download eSIM
Tap Add eSIM, Download a SIM instead, or similar. Choose to install using a QR code when prompted.

Scan your Airhub QR code
Scan the QR code from your Airhub email. If you cannot scan, enter the activation code and SM-DP+ address manually from the same email.

Finish installation
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your eSIM profile. You may need to confirm a label for the new plan.

Turn on data when ready
Enable your Airhub eSIM for mobile data in SIM settings. Turn on data roaming when using the eSIM abroad.
How To Use Airhub Mobile eSIM For Mobile Data
Turn on Airhub Mobile eSIM for Cellular Data
Go to Settings > Cellular Data and turn on Airhub Mobile eSIM.
Check Data Usage & Status
Monitor your data usage and mobile data status from the same screen.
Optional: Enable Roaming
Enable data roaming if you're using the eSIM in a foreign country.
How to use Airhub eSIM for mobile data (Android)
Select Airhub eSIM for mobile data
In Settings → SIMs or Mobile network, set your Airhub eSIM as the active data SIM when you want to use it.
Check usage
View data usage from the same SIM or data usage screen on your device.
Roaming abroad
Enable data roaming for the Airhub eSIM line when traveling internationally.
Set Up Guide for iPad
Tap Cellular Data & Add Cellular Plan
On your iPad, open the Cellular settings and select "Add Cellular Plan."
Install Cellular Plan
Scan the QR code you received to install your cellular plan.
Set Default Line
Choose the line you want for data and set it as default.
Activate eSIM Profile
Activate your eSIM by following the on-screen instructions.
Confirm Cellular Data Usage
Ensure that your cellular data is active and ready to use.
