There are a few things you may do if you're having trouble connecting to the internet or getting a signal.

A few ways to see if you're connected or if your signal has been re-established:

  • You should check to see if the "Roaming" switch is turned off: When you're not travelling outside of the country, the "Roaming" switch is turned off. In this case, your phone won't switch to your eSIM while you're on the go if it's turned off. "Settings" is where you'll find it on your cell phone.
  • Does your eSIM need an APN? The APN settings on some eSIMs need to be changed. You'll receive instructions on how to set up your APN after you buy it.
  • If you're having trouble loading pages or connecting to the internet, check to see if you have enough signal bars for 3G or 4G/LTE. If you are in a working area and have tried all other solutions, you may need to do a full power down and restart.
